About Culmen
Culmen exists because the way most businesses buy digital services is broken. Four vendors, four strategies, four invoices, and one person in the middle holding it together. That person is usually you.
Why we exist
Every business we speak to arrived at the same place by accident. They hired an SEO agency. Later they needed ads, so they found a specialist. The site was built by a freelancer two years before that. Someone's cousin writes the blog posts.
Each decision made sense on its own. Together they produced something nobody would have designed on purpose: four companies working on the same business, none of them talking, and none of them able to see the whole thing.
The cost of that shows up in ways that are hard to notice. Ad budget spent on keywords the site already ranks first for. Six months of content written for terms that were never going to convert. A redesign that quietly deleted the pages earning the most traffic. Every one of those is a real cost, and every one of them is invisible unless somebody is looking at all of it at once.
The gaps between your vendors are where most of your budget goes to die.
Culmen is the version where that doesn't happen. Every discipline in one team, working from the same data, against the same goals, reporting to the same person. Not because it's a neat marketing angle, but because it's the only structure where the feedback loops between channels actually work.
We're deliberately small and we intend to stay that way. Taking on more clients than we can genuinely think about would recreate exactly the problem we built this to solve.
What we believe
These aren't values on a wall. They're the reasons we turn work down.
01
There's a number of clients past which nobody on the team can hold your business in their head anymore. Most agencies pass it and keep selling. We'd rather say we're full and mean it, because the alternative is you paying for attention you're not getting.
02
That SEO won't produce leads by next month. That the redesign isn't the problem. That an app is the wrong build. Saying so costs us work, and saying nothing costs you far more. We'd rather lose the sale than take money for something we know won't land.
03
We use AI where it genuinely helps: research, data, first passes, repetitive work. Strategy, judgement, creative direction, and every conversation with you stay human. In a market filling with generated sameness, that's the part worth paying for.
04
Your ad accounts, your code, your analytics, your app store listings. All in your name, all handed over without argument if you leave. Agencies that hold client assets are building leverage, not relationships.
How we're set up
Most of what makes Culmen different isn't a philosophy. It's how the company is physically arranged, which is much harder for a competitor to copy than a tagline.
Every service on this site is delivered by our own team. No white-label partners, no marketplace freelancers, nobody you haven't been introduced to working on your account.
Your SEO specialist and your ads manager sit on the same team and see the same data. That's what lets paid results inform organic strategy instead of the two quietly competing.
No account manager layer relaying questions to a specialist and answers back to you. If you want to know why a decision was made, you ask the person who made it.
We don't take a percentage of your ad spend, because that rewards us for you spending more. We don't use long contracts to hold onto clients who want to leave.
A note from the founder
I spent years watching businesses pay four different companies to solve one problem, then blame each other when it didn't work. The client was always the one absorbing the cost of that, usually without knowing it.
Culmen is my attempt at the version that makes sense. One team, every discipline, and a deliberate cap on how many businesses we take on so that nobody becomes an account number.
We're building this carefully rather than quickly. That means we sometimes say no to work that doesn't fit, and it means we'd rather tell you honestly what we can and can't do than win a project by being vague about it.
If you're tired of managing agencies and want one team that owns the outcome, that's exactly who this is for. If you want the cheapest quote, we won't be it, and I'd rather say that now than three calls in.

Where we are
We work with businesses across the US, UK, and Australia, and schedule around your hours rather than ours.
Pakistan
Where most of the delivery team sits. Pakistan has one of the strongest technical and marketing talent pools anywhere, which is a large part of why our pricing works the way it does without cutting quality.
Texas, United States
Our US base, which keeps us inside American business hours and closer to the market most of our clients sell into. Calls happen when it suits you, not when it suits a time zone.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. We'll look at where you are and tell you what we'd do, including if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
