Local SEO Services
When someone searches for what you do near where you are, three businesses get shown before anything else. Getting into those three is a different job from ranking a page, and it needs a different approach.
Why local is its own discipline
On a phone, a local search fills the screen with a map and three listings. Everything ranked underneath sits below where most people stop scrolling.
Those three slots are decided by a different set of signals to ordinary rankings: proximity, your Google Business Profile, reviews, and how consistently your details appear across the web. You can have the best site in your city and still not appear, because the site was never the thing being judged.

Organic results — where most businesses fight
A phone screen ends roughly here. Everything below is a scroll most people never make.
The work
Four areas, worked on together. Doing one and ignoring the rest is why most local SEO stalls.
AREA 01
The single biggest lever in local search, and the one most businesses set up once and never touch again.
AREA 02
Your name, address, and phone number appear in dozens of places. When those disagree, Google trusts you less.
AREA 03
Volume, recency, and rating all feed the ranking. So does whether you reply, which most businesses don't.
AREA 04
The site still matters. It just has to carry a different set of signals than a national one.
Who this is for
If someone has to travel to you, or you travel to them, local search is usually where most of your demand already is.
Plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC
Dentists, clinics, physios, opticians
Law firms, accountants, agencies
Restaurants, cafés, venues, hotels
Shops with a physical location
Cleaning, landscaping, pest control
Gyms, studios, personal trainers
Garages, dealerships, body shops
Multiple locations changes the job considerably. Each site needs its own profile, its own page, and its own citation set, and they have to be structured so they don't compete with each other. We handle that, but it's worth flagging on the first call so the scope is right.
How we work
Most local accounts have something broken at the foundation. That gets found first, because everything after it depends on it.
STEP 01
Your profile, your listings, your reviews, and where you actually rank across the area you serve.
STEP 02
Categories, inconsistent details, duplicate listings, and anything actively holding you back.
STEP 03
Citations, location pages, schema, and a review process your team will keep using.
STEP 04
Grid rankings across your service area, then pushing into the parts of it where you're still invisible.
It isn't priced separately. Local work sits inside an SEO engagement, scoped around how many locations you have and what condition your listings are in. Pricing and what's included are on the main SEO page.

Common questions
Local moves faster than general SEO. Profile fixes can shift rankings within two to four weeks, sometimes sooner if something was badly misconfigured.
Competitive rankings across a wider service area take three to six months, because citations and reviews build rather than switch on.
In the map pack, proximity to the searcher matters a great deal, so ranking in the pack for a town you have no presence in is difficult and sometimes not realistic.
Organic local pages are a different story. Well-built service area pages can rank across a much wider radius than your profile ever will, which is usually how businesses cover the outer parts of their patch.
Google requires a real staffed location or a service area business with a genuine base. Virtual offices and mailbox addresses breach the guidelines, and listings using them get suspended, sometimes long after they were created.
We won't set one up for you. Getting a profile reinstated is far more painful than doing it properly the first time.
Enough to sit alongside whoever currently holds the top three positions in your area, which varies enormously by market and city.
Recency matters as much as total count. Forty reviews with nothing in the last year reads worse than fifteen with several from this month. A steady trickle beats a burst, and a burst can look suspicious.
Each location needs its own profile, its own page on your site, and its own citation set. The main risk is those pages competing with each other, which happens whenever a business duplicates one page and swaps the place name.
Multi-location work is more involved, so we scope it as such rather than quoting single-location pricing and discovering the difference later.
You do. We're added as a manager on your profile rather than owning it. Same for every directory account we touch.
Agencies that hold ownership of a client's profile are creating a hostage situation, and plenty of businesses have discovered that only when they tried to leave.
Thirty minutes on your profile, your listings, and your area. We'll tell you what's holding the ranking down.
